Many people still think that bloggers blog to make money. Well, it is not fully right yet not fully wrong. You blog because you want to express your ideas, you want to share your stories. In doing that things you spend time writing or recording videos. This time can be a valuable resource that gives you significant income if you work on a conventional 9 to 5 job system.
I do make a lot of money through my bookstore. But I haven't been able to make a lot of money online just from blogging. I still need more time and perseverance to realize my dream of making huge amount of money just from blogging. I write blog because it is a hobby. A hobby should not be a burden. It should be something that you do with passion no matter how much you have spent. That's what I do. Although I put Google Adsense as a monetization way in my blog, I am not sad when I don't receive significant income from it.
I don't care if I cannot make money from blogging. What I do at the present moment is continue writing, or continue blogging. I don't actually realize that when I regularly update my blog, the number of visitors in my blog has been rising significantly. It is something that many people forget. If your blog is active then people will like to visit it every day.
I like wordpress but so far wordpress.com does not allow any monetization program in its members' blogs. So, the best alternative should be blogger.com or blogspot. I feel that blogger provides a lot of space for its members' blog. They write as many articles as they like, they can save videos or pictures in their blogs and they can import posts from their other blogs into their blogspot blog.
When you are quite successful in blogging, you will be famous. You will have a lot of friends, you will be considered as an expert in one subject that you are writing about. You can also of course make money. So, once again, I want to remind you that if you blog, consider it as your way of expressing or sharing your ideas and stories with other people. Don't burden yourself with a target of making it as a gold mine or money making machine. When you don't see blogging as a burden, then you will be able to blog better.
