Even with the stupid 3D text, cliched rock music and awful, awful voice-over, I am really looking forward to Ninja Assassin, the next film from Wachowski brothers protege James McTiegue (whose debut film was V For Vendetta). The action looks amazing, and the words "strong bloody stylized violence throughout" are extremely promising. This seems like a case of a hard R martial arts film being mis-marketed as a mainstream "action figure" flick. So despite the best efforts of the trailer editors, I can't wait to see it.
