here i illustrated her wearing an express leather vest (just like the one taylor momsen wore in the august 2009 issue of teen vogue), and a simple, body-conscious LWD a la aussie supermodel holly thompson.
she is one of my current favorite fashion bloggers and is, for me, one of the quirkiest lady i've ever met in the blogosphere.
little did i know about rachel in person, but i must admit that she's constantly enchanting me with her fierceness in photographs and her rock-and-roll styles. if you want me to name someone that totally rocked the tough-chic attitude, her name would be the first one to pop.
