living a famous line from his favorite author oscar wilde: "we are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars", as well as making his rounds as a talented musician and an outstanding writer--all gathered in his book the books of albion: the collected writings of peter doherty-- as he sang louder of his eccentricities and less of his egos over discordant matters, he is the part of his very own libertines' lyrics saying: "the boy, kicked out at the world; the world kicked back a lot fucking harder now." which comes to life.
