never again i'd walk this lonely path alone. been quite accustomed and satisfied with loneliness, though. there was always something to be hidden from you and all of your privacy-invading traits. you could tell me i'm stubborn. you could accuse me that i never changed. told me you hated it when i started defending myself over your wrong interpretations; now too tired to find justifications, i would just let those words slipped out your filthy mouth instead.
you said that you were just too afraid of being left alone. you kept thinking that people stepped on your head just to get their moods done. you wanted people to mock you because of how much of a weirdo you are, yet you wanted them to save you from your bitterness.
you tried so hard to kill my dreams, wishing that i would eventually toss them along the way in one promised day. in that case, i would be damned.
don't you get it already? all i wanted was to be
free.
free.
free.
you could take your corny love songs and melodramatic life with you, but my body would just dance to the rhythm that would totally be out of your business. i wanted a false freedom. i practically begged for it. you could either say yes to those illusions or had them ditched instead.
