ANSA - CAIRO, 5 February - - Egypt: Sinai pipeline explodes: The explosion of a gas pipeline in the Sinai has resulted in the suspension of the flow of gas to Israel. This is an act of sabotage carried out by 'foreign elements' that has struck the transportation of gas towards Jordan, according to local authorities. The explosion, which happened near the Egyptian town of Arish, in northern Sinai, did not cause any dead or wounded, and was followed by a fire that was quickly extinguished.
