she plastered his face among the stars.

I saw the rain falling in distortions, and the motion of the city flowing backward. I saw the droplets contrasting against the strong white lights, drenching the roads in such saintlike immaculateness. I saw the sharp lights outlined those droplets, and the fallen ones on the car glass. I saw the pitch-black sky, the silent backdrop, and wondered what would happen later to those indifferent faces sheltered under dark-shaded umbrellas.

midnight was approaching, and the city was about to renew its mind-bending rules; like a mad professor's plans, it would pass through their hearts, their minds, and as the tangible part of their dreams. their fates were about to change.

the writing above was written just now, inspired by my recent city-crawling about two hours ago. it's raining heavily almost everyday here, and the wind carries such calming chill I could easily sink into a reverie:)
